The Parking Committee is meeting with residents in the Sagamore Hill, Hampton Circle, and Bay Street neighborhoods to see if there is interest in requiring parking stickers in the area. Some Missouri Senators and one state Representative received mysterious and possibly threatening messages Tuesday. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports orange gun target stickers were found near the doors of five Democratic state Senators. At least one Republican Representative found the sticker near his door.
